  • Template creations & customization – this is the look and feel of your web site. I will email you a simple form to fill out, so I can get some ideas from you of what you are looking for and any specific information before I start the design process. Have no idea what you want it to look like, that is OK too, let me create some design ideas for you?
  • Description of Products and Services Offered – Home page content or intro to your site
  • Contact Page with form
  • About Page
  • Additional Pages – $30.00 each

Now that you have this really cool website to show off to your friends and family, what else needs to be taken care of?

“Care & Support” Package Options: Select from one of two packages available

“Necessities” Package: $180.00 per year- Pre-pay for the year $150 per year.

Includes:

  • Domain or .com address that we will register for you. I will help you research names for your site and I will process the registration for you.
  • Also includes up to 2 email accounts.
  • Monthly Hosting Fee (where your web site actually sits out on the Internet)
  • A detailed report at the end of the month sent to you via email that will include statistics to you website. This will include number of visitors, keywords people have typed into search engine to find you, and other useful information.It is very interesting to see how many visitors you get each month and where they are coming from.
  • Free support on technical issues dealing with your site.
  • Web Site updates are $45 per month, this is equivalent to 1 hr of service. This time can be used throughout the month in 15 min increments. You just shoot me an email with changes, I will make the updates for you. Or I can teach you how to update your own content.

“Frequent Flyer” Package: $395.00 per year

Includes:

  • Everything in the Necessities Package
  • 1 hour per month of web site  updates. This time can be used throughout the month in 15 minute increments. You just shoot me an email with changes, I will make the updates for you.
  • This package has a savings of over $145 per year, if you are planning for me to make changes to your content monthly.

BOTTOM LINE: Two Example Packages

Web Design Package($199) + Necessity Package($180) – Total: $379 for first year, $180 per year after first year.

Web Design Package($199) + Frequent Flyer Package($395) – Total: $594 for first year, $395 per year after first year.

Other Services Available

Have a web site, but don’t have the time to update it? Existing Website Maintenance:

  • $45.00 per hour or if you have lots of changes, sign up for the Frequent Flyer Package for $395 per year.
  • Flexible pricing depending on quantity of updates, email or call for more information.

SEO Optimization – $45 hour

  • This is the process of optimizing your website for search engines to find your site.
  • Small site usually only takes 3-4 hours. This includes header tags, alt images, research keywords and editing content for keyword density.
