How do we get started?
Before I send you a design contract , we will discuss your needs via email or phone. I will put together a contract of what we discussed and have you sign it before work is started. I require 50% down before I begin and 50% at completion of project.
How can I view my web site design as it is in progress?
We can put your web site design templates in a directory on our web server so you can view the final product before it goes live. Or we can put the web site on your server. Whichever you prefer.
How many changes can I make to the web site once I view the first design template?
You can make as many changes as you wish to the design template as you wish. We encourage clients to give plenty of feedback so that we can get the design template(s) established as soon as possible.
However, I charge on an hourly basis after the initial setup. If you request too many changes to your site design, or if you change a design template after the entire site has been formatted with the template, you will incur more charges.
What do I get for the $45 hour Update Charge?
This covers my time for updates on your site throughout the month you sign up for it. If your site does not need frequent updates, you will not need this service every month. I can do most updates in this time. I will use your time efficiently.
