Hello and Welcome,
My name is Stacey Gifford and I have been an IT (Information Technology) professional since 1986. After completing my education and training I spent my first 16 years administering multi-server and multi-site environments with over 4000 users.
In 2002, my eldest of two children was diagnosed with epilepsy and went very ill. The next two years were spent juggling the needs of my children, my family and my job. In 2004, I left my job to take care of my children. It was also then, that I started my own Internet Retail Store selling children’s furniture and waiting room toys. The company has been very successful thus far and has allowed me the flexibility needed to care for a child with special needs.
A few years back, my father asked me to create a website to display his wood turning art, sell his custom made wood turning tools and to share his story. I optimized his web site and he is now on the front page of Google, ranking in the top 3 for his wood turning tools. His business has grown tri folds since launching his web site and he has become a very successful tool maker.
Over time he consistently received compliments on his website by both his peers and his customers. Many of those people had expressed their desire to have their own website but felt that it is too costly for their simple design, didn’t have the time to invest, or just had no idea where to start.
With the success of my father’s web site and of my own, I was inspired to provide my services to others who have a simple need and a limited budget. My focus revolves around small organizations, individuals or small businesses. I enjoy transforming a web site into something unique and special for my customers, just like my customers have a passion for what they do.
As I have been in the Internet retail business for several years now, I understand the importance of quality products. I will continue to provide my web design customers with the same integrity and customer service that my retail customers have been receiving for years.
Drop me a quick email at info@simplewebdesign.org. I would love to hear your story and maybe I can help you create your presence online to share with the world.
Respectfully,
Stacey Gifford
